WHAT IS BIABC?
The Business Improvement Areas of British Columbia (BIABC) has been championing thriving commercial districts since 1991. Representing over 70 BIAs, including Terrace, this non-profit organization supports strong, sustainable local economies.
WHY IT MATTERS FOR TERRACE
Terrace Downtown Improvement Area (TDIA) is a designated Business Improvement Area, created by a City of Terrace bylaw in 2011 and renewed in 2022.
This means we're part of a network working to:

• Enhance public spaces
• Support small businesses
• Make our city centre more vibrant, safe, and welcoming
